Herbal remedy
Trying a Lipton tea bag on Minami's eye stye. It's still a bit swollen even after it drained but I don't want to continually blister it with heat.
Stye be gone
Minami's eye stye finally burst after about a week of warm eggs on her eye and some kicking & screaming when I squeezed the rest of the gunk out. But now she's on her way to healing... hopefully.

Minami Blues
Been trying to get past another eye stye since last Thursday. Unfortunately this one is proving to be stubborn even after aggressively applying warm eggs to get it to burst & drain. And now Minami came home with red rashes. Gave her children's Benadryl and applied Hydrocortisone cream to dull the itching. Rash seems to be fading.
One of Minami's teachers recommended applying a wet Lipton tea bag to the stye eye to prevent swelling. At this point I'll try anything.
